Severe toothache

Hi.

I have severe toothache in one of my rear molars at the lower jaw. My dentist said he is not confident enough to take it out so he referred me to the hospital and I got an appointment in 3 weeks but I don't think I can wait that long. Do you have experienced dentists at your clinic who could do my tooth extraction and how soon can it be done?
