wisdom tooth extraction

Hi

Back of my mouth last wisdom tooth at top of my mouth feels wobbly, and the gum around it has felt slightly raised for the last week, if I run my tongue over it, it feels like the gum has dropped, the wisdom is only partially through, I am 30 years old.

It has been Ok but today is causing a lot of pain, not sure if its because I have bene playing with it but its very painful at present, I am not sure if it needs to be pulled out to prevent an abscess, but I want to get it sorted urgently and my dentist is closed. Can you help, if you can email me any details or appt times or locations and if this can be sorted?

Ps) Do you do home visits to Welwyn Grden City, and could this be done at home, I am just very nervous and dont know if I can travel in to London but with the pain I may have no option.

Is it also poss to advise approx cost of extraction if that is what is required for a wisdom and if it is painfree as ive heard so many stories.

We do have a home visit dental service but its not suitable for wisdom tooth extractions as you will need an xray and sometimes you may need special surgical equipment that are not very portable. Wisdom tooth extractions cost in the region of £200 to £250 plus xray (£25), consultation (£25) costs.
