badly decayed tooth

Please advise earliest slot available. Recently, one of my teeth has decayed so badly with the effect that this morning I woke up with my face swollen.

Furthermore, I would like to dicuss the possibility of having permanent bridges, in replacement of the removable ones.

Finally, also please advise how can one apply for the finance payment plan.
