Infected wisdom teeth

Hi

My lower wisdom teeth have become infected on both sides. One of them hurts so bad that I can even touch it with food or my tongue and the other one is very sharp and has cut my tongue. I have been told that I will need to go to the hospital to have them removed but I cant wait that long. My own dentist has recommended that I see an oral surgeon for these wisdom teeth to be removed. However the oral surgeon that he has recommended is on holiday at the moment. Do you think you can remove these wisdom teeth this weekend?
