A dot on my tooth

I have had an increasing pain in the back of my lower jaw (and teeth) and I think that I may have a trapped nerve / there is grey dot on one of the teeth and I think I may have a bit of decay, which is causing me real pain.

I am coming to London tomorrow for a couple of days and I think I will need to have an emergency visit. Could you please tell me if this would be possible and how much treatment is likely to cost.
