Default RE: Going to smash canine out..

    Hello,
I came to see you last week.

VERY long story. Had partial brace on one part of teeth and he didn't adjust lower protroding canine. Whole nightmare now going on for 3.5 years. Been in acute pain for 2 years.. Whole time canine is hurting, root, bone too large for space.. Seen about 10 people..

Been given a splint but pain worse than ever.. been told you can't take canine out as apparently healthy but I can go on in unbearable pain any longer. Which country will take out a canine on my request?...

Red face RE: Going to smash canine out

    Thank you for your post.

I would not advise doing any DIY dentistry because it can lead to far more damage and further problems. If a root canal specialist can establish that there is some sort of pathology associated with the canine (i.e apical infection, root fracture, non vital tooth,...) then the tooth can be removed if that is your wish. So I would recommed seeing a root canal specialist for a second opinion regarding this problem.
