Hello
I have a maryland bridge that has just come off again today whilst I was eating toast and has left me with a gap which shows all of the time when I smile.
When my dentist did this maryland bridge for me 4 years ago, he did tell me that maryland bridges usually don't last longer than 5 years, so I have been expecting that I will need to have the bridge replaced soon.
This bridge has probably come off four times this year and has left me with an embarrassing situation each time the bridge comes off my tooth.
Also when the bridge is in my mouth, the grey metal wings show through my natural teeth and it almost looks like I have fillings on the back of my front teeth where the maryland bridge sticks to my natural teeth.
I would like to know if I can have this maryland bridge glued back in as a temporary thing and then have a new white maryland bridge made. How long does it take for a white maryland bridge to be made?
