Free dental implants

Hi

I'm a single mum on income support with 2 young children to support. I recently lost my lower molar after it became infected and abscess formed around it. My dentist offered to make a denture for me but I dont wish to have a denture because I am in my thirties.

I would like to know if there is any way of getting free dental implants? I would not mind allowing students or those learning to do dental implants to place my implant. I cant afford £2000 for one dental implant even if I saved up for a year. I cant apply for finance because I am out of work and so my only option is to find a place where free dental implants are carried out. Could you tell me if it is possible to get free dental implants in London?

The only place that I know that might provide free dental implants would be teaching hospitals. However dental implants on the NHS have specific patient selection criteria which you may not meet.

Might be worth speaking to your dentist to see if you meet the NHS implant selection criteria is in your local area.
