Implant dentist

Hi

I am looking for an implant dentist who is experienced in doing whole upper jaw implants. I lost all my top teeth about 8 years ago due to bad gum disease and since then I have been wearing a full denture.

I have seen two implant dentists so far and both of them said that my case would be a complex job because it needs bone building up and they have said that they do not have the experience to do the job.

I would like to know if your implantologist is experienced in doing whole top jaw implants, I guess I would probably need at least four dental implants. I have not decided to have a bridge or a plate on top of the implants, I am going to see what the implant dentist recommends as most suitable for my mouth.
