    Default An alternative?

Hi, my front right tooth is missing and so ideally id like to get an implant, however I need bone grafting and the cost of the total procedure is just too much for me at the moment. So I am considering a bridge but the two adjacent teeth are perfectly healthy so it seems a little counter productive, so I am wondering wether to get a bonded bridge while I get enough finance together for an implant. The only thing is I have small gaps between font teeth and think the bond will be visible; would getting a few veneers and a bonded bridge be a decent short term alternative? and what kind of price could I be looking at?
    Thankyou

    Wink An alternative?

    Thank you for your post.

Adhesive bonded bridges are a good short to medium term solution for restoring a gap allowing you to save up for an implant. Sometimes an adhesive bridge can be done without any tooth shaving and if you are thinking about getting an implant, you should go for options that keep the shaving down of neighbouring teeth to a minimum.

For example, you could have composite veneers placed on the neighbouring teeth which are reversible and can be removed when you no longer need them. Also there are Zirconium adhesive bridges available these days, which are white and don't have an ugly looking metal wing.
