Front tooth missing

Dear Sir

I have a front tooth missing from bottom raw.

I would like to know the full procedure of implant and the cost as well. I have
other broken teeth as well. These are again in a bottom raw and at the back.

I wish to know the full cost of the treatment.

The procedure for the implant is fairly simple. If the site of the missing tooth is infection free and the tooth has been missing or extracted for at least 6 weeks, implant is palced. Then about 8 weeks later the restoration on top of the implant is placed which are the abutment and the crown on top of it. This section usually is completed within 2 weeks. So from start to finish, if the gap has been present for at least 6 weeks, it taken roughly about 8-10 weeks.

The only exception is when one needs bone augmentation, which is when there is not enough bone present to place the implant in it. In this case one has to have bone grafting first and depending on the type, the healng can take up to 6 months before the implant is placed. It is not possible to say which type yours will be without clinical examination and radiographic assessment of the site. So you needto come for a consultation which is free at pearl dental clinic.

The cost of the treatment again depends on what is needed and not possible to tell you without assessment. But all of our prices are on or web site and one can easily see what kind of cost to expect. As a rough guide, implants are at two rates of £1390 (general dentist rate) or £1690 (oral surgeon rate). The cost of bone grafting starts fron £500 and it goes up to £1750.
