I grind my teeth, can I have dental Implants?

I have been told by my by partner that I grind my teeth whilst I sleep. It does not cause me any poblems during the day but my partner says that I grind my teeth when I am sleeping on most nights of the week.

I lost two of my teeth last year after they became black and broke off. Could you tell me if I can have dental implants despite my grinding habbits.

Yes, people who grind their teeth are not excempt from having implant placement. There are many factors that causes toothwear due to grinding or otherwise known as bruxism. Not all the causes are known to us but many believe it is stress related.
