Cost of tooth implants

Hi

I need to have three missing teeth replaced in my lower jaw. I have seen my dentist and he told me that I have enough bone to allow implant placement. I would like to know the cost of tooth implants to replace my three missing teeth.

Will the cost be lower if I have 3 implants and 3 crowns or 2 implants and a bridge? Will I be able to spread the cost of tooth implants over say five years with dental finance?
