    Red face Knocked out tooth

My front tooth was knocked out in an accident about two weeks ago and my dentist made me a temporary denture. I hate my denture and would like to have a dental implant as soon as possible.

What is the procedure for getting a dental implant to replace my knocked out tooth as soon as possible?

    Cool Knocked out tooth

    Hi

Thank you for your post. You will need to first come in for assessment and study models and xrays and the work-up planning stage. We will then organise the implant placement sugery as soon as you are ready.

Once the implant is placed, we will to wait around 2-3 months for healing and integration. Once the implant is ready, we can place a crown over it.

If we need to do gum contouring we may place a temporary abutment and crown first and later replace it with a permanent abutment and crown.
