Default How long do implants last?

Dental implants are such an investment. How long do they typically last? Do they have to be replaced every so many years? If so, what care will help prolong their life?

with good maintenance such as daily flossing and brushing and professional maintenance could allow a dental implant to last a lifetime. The crown on top of the dental implant will probably need to be replaced every 10-15 years should its porcelain fracture.
