Same day tooth replacement

I have a broken down root in UR1 (the crown and post are together and have been temporarily re-inserted ) Would you please advise as to the cost of a SAME DAY replacement for this tooth and the soonest appointment available after the 10th Aug. I assume a prior consultation would be needed.
