removable tooth

Hello,

Some years ago I had an accident which meant I lost one of front 2 teeth and chipped the other one. I was only 15 so I was not in a position to get private treatment so my local dentist put a very poor cap on the broken tooth and a removable tooth for the one I lost.

I would like to get a proper implant done and a good repair to the other. Please could you let me know what I need to do to get this done with you. Thanks very much
