Thumbs up all on four dental implants

I have lost all my top teeth and I wear a denture that is loose, bulky and big. I heard about implants and I saw an implantologist who said that I don't have enough bone for dental implants and he suggested a new top denture that would fit better.

Following my own research, I still believe it is possible for me to have implants because I heard full mouth bridges can be done on four dental implants and apparently this is possible even if there is not much bone. Please give me some advice on this matter.

    many thanks

Talking all on four dental implants

Yes it is possible to have a bridge on all on four dental implants in cases where there is less bone that ideal. The best thing to do is to have a cone beam CT scan of the jaw to see how much bone is actually present and from that a decision on treatment options can be made. But it is true that all on four dental implants work well in areas where there is limited bone availability.
