hi i wonder whether you can help me,i had two implants put in the front of my mouth,one has snapped off,ive got an appointment with my dentist friday, but was wondering how much for four implants in the front, as they dont match up at all, i had them done about 19 years ago on the nhs, please could you get back to me with a rough idea how much it will cost, as these are my front teeth they look awfull, i see you do finance, which im employed so thats no problem, many thanks

We find that sometimes patients confuse dental implants with post crowns. Dental implants are titanium fixtures that act as fixtures in bone for crowns to attach to. Post-crowns are hooked crowns which attach to natural tooth roots once they are root filled.

So I doubt that you have had dental implants on the NHS 19 years ago and think that you are refering to post-crowns. I might be wrong, I dont know until we have examined your teeth. Each dental implant costs around £1690 whereas each post-crown costs around £645 so we need to see you before we can give you an accurate quote. You can spread the cost of either option with 0% dental finance.
