Replacing denture with implants

Hi

I have a very loose top full denture that was made for me by the NHS. The denture moves when I eat and I don't like the way it has very long yellow teeth on it. My own teeth were not this long and were not so yellow. Can you tell me if I have dental implants to replace this denture, will the implant teeth also look so long and yellow? Can I opt to have shorter and whiter teeth on my dental implants? Also how many dental implants will I need to replace my denture?

You can change the length of your teeth when you have a full upper dental implant retained bridge. You will need between 4-6 dental implants for your upper bridge. You can also have a full upper denture reatined with four dental implants. Also with the denture its possible to change the length of your denture teeth if they are too long at the moment.
