Smile What are my options for a Loose upper front tooth?

    Hello

I have a loose front upper tooth that was damaged in an accident last year and since then this tooth has become looser and looser. My dentist has suggested removing this tooth and having a plate made but that option does not appeal to me. He says that I dont have enough bone for a titanium screw and so he is recommending a denture. I would like to know what my options are for a loose upper front tooth? Is there a way of having a titanium implant even without having much bone?

Wink What are my options for a Loose upper front tooth?

    Thank you for your question.

A loose upper front tooth can be repalced with a bridge, denture or an implant. A titanium implant needs plenty of bone of good quality and quantity for satisfactory aesthetics and function. If there is not enough bone available, bone grafting can be carried out to provide more bone for the implant.

An implant is the most natural way of replacing a tooth and in most cases its the best option for tooth replacement.
