Smile All on Four dental implants

    Hi

I have lost all of my top teeth and wear a very loose top denture. My dentist has tried to make a better top denture for me but I cant get on with the denture as it feels too bulky and big. I still have most of my lower jaw teeth.

I have seen an implant dentist who says that I don't have enough bone in the top jaw for dental implants and has suggested having a new top denture made thats better fitting.

I don't like the idea of wasting more money on a new denture and would like to know if I could have all on four dental implants instead? I have heard that you don't need to have as much bone for all on four dental implants and it sounds like it could be a better treatment for my case. Please advise.

Red face All on Four dental implants

    Thank you for your question.

Yes its true that an all on four implant bridge can be placed on four implants and in many cases it can work in people who dont have a lot of bone.

Thats a big plus because bone grafting costs time and money and is more surgery time which many patients wish to avoid. We will need to see you for a case assessment and we will be able to provide you with a treatment plan.
