Last week I had two of my molars extracted in Sofia, Bulgaria. The reason I went there was because the treatment is cheaper (dental tourist!). However, I came across your website and your pricing system looks more affordable, would like a consulation for implants.

Additionally, the dentist in Bulgaria told me that I would have to wait 4-6 months before the implants. The idea was to return but I would rather have treatment in London as this is where I live.

    Thank you for your question.

I always recommend that you see a local dentist for complex dental treatment as complex treatment usually involve many trips to the dentist and this is not so easy if the dentist is based abroad. Also, if things dont go according to plan, you can see your dentist locally and have any problems dealt with easily whereas a dentist abroad may not be so easily accessible.

We usually recommend that implants should be placed 6-8 weeks after extractions as longer periods of time mean that more bone will resorb leaving less bone for the dental implant.
