Broken incisor

About 2 months ago I had my the right Incisor which was a crown, broken by a dog running and smashing into my cheek bone. It fractured the root and the crown broke off completely.

I have had the remaining root extracted and am now wanting an implant and crown. I noticed from your website that you do an offer which includes this and teeth whitening for £1390 which I would have to have with 0% finance if possible.
