I have a root canal that has eventually caused a root fracture. I have been recommended to extract my LR1 and then use a brace to realign my already crowded lower teeth. There are no other issues with my upper teeth and apparently I would still have a small gap in place after the treatment is finished in 12 months. Personally I do not want to be treated for this long and was wondering if the combination of an implant and something like the Inman aligner being used whilst the implant settles in could result in less crowding and a swift resolution to the problem rather than using unsightly braces for 12 months?

Thank you for your post.
Its difficult to say if an inman aligner and an implant could resolve this problem without seeing your teeth. Certainly we do use Invisalign along with Implants to correct crowding and replace missing teeth very effectively. I would recommend that you book a consultation with one of our Invisalign dentists to see if this problem can be resolved with a combination of Invisalign and an Implant. We dont at present provide Inman aligners.

hey... honestly speaking, you really can't have it in a hurry... It will really cost you a lot if you really insist... you can have braces if you want. I have one myself and its not so bad, really.. You just have to be patient with it... And i should say that dental implants is getting expensive this days.. but if you really want to get your way, then suit yourself.... But it will really cost a lot.
