14. 1st Molar - Missing for many years - not sure if implant is still possible

15. 2nd Molar - root need removing and implant can go inn strait away hopefully

13. 2nd Premolar (Bicuspid) crown in place no need to replace


I am thinking of having an implant on 15, not sure if I should have an implant on 14. or do a crown bridge across 15,14,13... still don't have a panoramic x ray to send. estimated cost and the best option will be will be great.

If a tooth has been missing for a while, there is likely to be a lot of bone loss in that region, so you may find that you need to have bone grafting in that region before you can have an implant.

Its generally better not to mix natual teeth and implants as bridge abutments as teeth move minimally in their sockets and implants do not and this can result in problems for the bridge.

Each completed implant costs between £1390-£1690 at Pearl dental clinic and bone grafting/augmentation costs between £500-£1500 for single/two implants depending on amount and complexity.
