What happens next?
The Emergency Dentist service is available between 9am-10pm, seven days a week, on all Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
The emergency dentist number (0203 750 5300), will put you through an experienced dental receptionist who has been trained to treat your dental emergency with urgency and ensure that you are seen in the clinic on the same day. Alternatively you can Book Your Appointment Online, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and be Seen on the Same day.
On arrival at the Clinic you will be met by our reception team who will welcome you and ask you to fill in a simple medical history form on the iPad.
A dentist member of our dental team will then take you into the surgery and take your pain/emergency history and carry out a consultation and any special investigations such as digital x-rays to determine the most appropriate type of emergency treatment necessary.
This can be complete emergency treatment or temporary emergency treatment that may be followed up by further appointments later.
Should you wish to return to your own dentist for the completion of your treatment, you are welcome to do so. We will provide you with a copy of any digital X-rays that we have taken at no additional cost, so that your own dentist can complete the rest of your treatment.
Should you wish to complete your dental treatment with us, we have an in-house team consisting of 6 general dentists, 5 dental Specialists (Endodontist, Prosthodontist, Periodontist, implantologist, Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon), 1 dental hygienist, 1 Sedationist medical doctor and 1 dental technician.
Many local dental practices refer their patients to us for emergency or specialist dental care and we return their patients back to them once we have managed the patients emergency dental problem.
