Katie Price admits she would like husband to get Botox treatment

She is famed for her love of non-invasive surgery and now former glamour model Katie Price has decided that her nearest and dearest could benefit from a little cosmetic intervention as well; the mother-of-five has admitted that she encourages her 28-year-old husband Kieran to get facial injections, namely Botox, to stave off wrinkles and lines.

The 38-year-old TV presenter spoke on Loose Women about her love of the anti-aging treatment and said that she has asked her younger husband to get the injections too, mainly because he has developed some crow’s feet wrinkles at the sides of his eyes and she would like to see them smoothed out. However, Kieran seems to have put his foot down for now, saying that he won’t get injections into his face, although he has had it done into his armpits to stop over-sweating.

Apparently the former stripper is not a fan of injections into the face but is happy to get it done in the armpits for cosmetic reasons. As well as her husband, Katie shared with viewers that her father has also had Botox treatment in his armpits, as she explains ‘there is nothing worse than looking at a man with pit marks’ when they are sweating in warm weather.

Anthea Turner talks Botox on Loose Women

TV presenter Anthea Turner has had a difficult few years and she has been speaking to the panel on Loose Women about how she has moved on from her husband declaring bankruptcy and their subsequent divorce. As it turns out, the 55-year-old has been using Botox to keep herself looking young and show her ex what he’s missing.

Anthea said that it took her three years to finally smile again after discovering her husband had been unfaithful and she initially blamed herself for the infidelity. When presenter Ruth Langsford asked if it makes the situation harder when her husband publically left her for a much younger woman, Anthea admitted that it made her look in the mirror and blame herself for getting older.

Panellist Sherrie Hewson brought up the fact that Anthea has previously admitted to having Botox treatment, saying that she looks ‘absolutely fantastic’. Anthea, obviously pleased with her improvements, patted her face and joked that she ‘can’t look angry’ because she has had the facial injections to get rid of wrinkles. Sherrie asked if it made her feel better about herself and she quickly replied ‘absolutely’ and advised other women in her situation to ‘be happy, don’t let yourself go.’

Naomi Watts doesn’t know if Botox is for her

Speaking to NewBeauty magazine this month, actress Naomi Watts has talked about her experiences on the red carpet. As well as admitting she would not put on high heels unless ‘absolutely’ necessary, the Australian spoke about the use of cosmetic procedures in Hollywood and how she would ‘never say never’.

As the latest covergirl for the publication, Naomi was candid about her opinions on the subject of Botox, saying that it is tough to get Botox treatment but also there is a lot of pressure for famous people to maintain their youthful appearance on the world’s stage. However, the 47-year-old said that there would be ‘no judgement’ from her if other people choose to get facial injections to eliminate lines and wrinkles.

Although she added that she tries to look her best, she has decided to her craft above her appearance and she would like to play women that are ‘going through something’ which means she has to keep her face expressive. She explained ‘I have to be able to live in my face and tell the story of the character I’ve taken on, but… I’ll never say never.’

Jodie Marsh shares Instagram photos after Botox injections

Former glamour model Jodie Marsh surprised her 373,000 Instagram followers by posting a picture of herself wearing minimal make-up and looking unrecognisable from her previous self. The 37-year-old said that the picture was taken after having Botox treatment in Milton Keynes.

Jodie’s fans quickly encouraged her minimalist look, telling her she looks beautiful in the picture she posted online.

Alongside the picture, the model wrote that she had visited Nilam Patel Dermaspa in order to have a ‘collagen wave facial treatment’ that is supposed to take years off the complexion. As well as the facial treatment, the newly-wed admitted that she had also decided to get a little bit of Botox to smooth out wrinkles and make her look younger. She added that her nurse Brigid gave her ‘a tiny bit’ of Botox’ and praised her as being ‘the best in the business’.

Jodie was obviously feeling positive about her new look, saying that she was ‘looking and feeling better’ after her appointment. She went on to say that Brigid would ‘never let you go mad on the injectables’ and if she felt that the patient would not require a particular cosmetic treatment she would tell them in order to help them avoid ‘looking silly’ after having too much work done.

Olivia Munn credits potato with her changing face shape

Actress Olivia Munn revealed a startling new look when she stepped out at the Vanity Fair and Fiat Young Hollywood Celebration this week, which took place at Chateau Marmont in LA. The 35-year-old was quick to address her changing appearance and even posted a side-by-side comparison of pictures a year apart, claiming that she has not had surgery in that time.

The actress is adamant that she has not had any injections and instead stands by her previous statement that says Japanese potatoes are to thank for her youthful appearance. She said they are high in hyaluronic acid, which is used in dermal fillers to get rid of wrinkles on the skin. She explained that ‘there are hyaluronic acid pills and vitamins but I think the best way to get it in your system is by eating them in foods that naturally have them’

Fans on Instagram were not immediately convinced by the star’s claims but she backed up her opinions, saying ‘Ask anyone who knows me and they’ll tell you I love research. Convinced that there’s got to be natural, healthy ways (i.e. not only the rich and connected can do it) to keep your skin from aging, I do lots of research.’ She also said that weight loss, thanks to exercise, had changed her jawline and ‘leaned out’ her cheeks.

Fans question Tom Cruises changing appearance at BAFTA’s

With a surprise appearance at the BAFTA’s last weekend, Tom Cruise certainly likes to keep his fans guessing, and now the 53-year-old has viewers questioning whether he has decided to visit a cosmetic surgeon to try and hold back his advancing years. The actor was a surprise presenter at Sunday’s awards and his appearance instantly set tongues wagging.

Leader of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party, Ruth Davidson, was first to question the actor’s new look, saying ‘Tom Cruise’s face. I don’t know what he’s doing to it.’

Many Twitter users seemed to be of the opinion that the Mission: Impossible star had undergone some sort of surgery to reduce lines and wrinkles, possibly a series of dermal filler or Botox injections. He displayed some puffiness around the cheeks and an extremely smooth forehead for a middle-aged man. Furthermore, the lines around his mouth appeared to have been reduced substantially. His face shape looked to have been altered slightly, suggesting that some sort of anti-wrinkle treatment has taken place, although not necessarily a full face-lift or an actual surgical treatment.

In previous interviews, the father-of-three stated that he has never gone under-the-knife and would never touch cosmetic surgery, despite many rumours to the contrary in recent years.
