Chloe Goodman admits she is addicted to lip fillers

Fri

Celebrity Big Brother and Ex on the Beach star Chloe Goodman recently appeared on the Channel 5 show, Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, and admitted that she is totally addicted to lip fillers. Speaking candidly on the show, the star revealed that she does not want to ‘grow old gracefully’ and cannot ever see a time where she will not have the procedure as she is completely addicted.

Before Chloe first appeared on the MTV show she says she never really thought about her appearance. However, after seeing herself on camera and reading negative comments from viewers, she became increasingly critical of her looks and turned to cosmetic surgery to boost her self-confidence. “I would look at the show and think I could have looked better… I was so addicted to refreshing my Twitter feed it was a joke. I was so interested in how everyone thought I came across and how I looked.”

Before appearing on Celebrity Big Brother, Chloe had fillers in her lips and cheeks and Botox in her face, which caused a backlash of negative comments. Chloe admits that she regretted having so much work done in such close proximity, but also says that the procedures became ‘addictive from the very first injection.’

Woman spends £20,000 to look like a Barbie Doll

Thu

In search of her very own Ken, Rachel Evans has shelled out £20,000 on cosmetic surgery to emulate the look of a Barbie Doll. Appearing on the Channel 5 show, Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, the forty-five-year-old single mum has said she will not stop until she looks exactly like her plastic idol.

Rachel’s obsession started in childhood where, even at school, she was called ‘the doll’ by her peers. Through her twenties she adopted a goth image, but is now very keen to move away from this by creating the look of a smooth, plastic like doll. “When I was 30, the reason why I started the quest to look like Barbie was I needed to kill off the gothic image, the old image. And I had this idea to look like a completely different person.”

In pursuit of her ideal image, Rachel turned to cosmetic surgery to change her look. She started off with Botox, and was so pleased with her wrinkleless face that she went all out, admitting that she has had every non-surgical procedure available. “I’m redesigning my face and I love that power and the control. I am 100 percent happily addicted to cosmetic procedures.”

American medical spa accused of using fake Botox on patients

Wed

An American nurse has alleged that the medical spa she formerly worked for used fake Botox on its patients. The nurse known as ‘Sheila’ asked for her identity to remain secret, after talking to ABC’s 10 News recently. At present the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) are launching an official investigation into the allegations, therefore the clinic cannot yet be named.

Sheila spoke of her elation when she landed her dream job at the spa. However, six months in, she started to notice that things might not be quite as they seemed. Following the news that the FDA would be paying a routine visit, Sheila noticed that the packaging on the Botox bottles had changed. Sheila was quoted on ABC 10 News as stating, “I saw Botox that would come in bubble wrap. The FDA-approved Botox comes in dry ice.”

The fake bottles were bearing the same branding as the real McCoy but were missing one vital attribute, the Allergan hologram that proves the authenticity of the product. Alarmingly, Sheila also discovered other ‘fake’ bottles that read, “For animal use only.” She alleges that the doctors used this to inject into human patients and consciously knew what they were doing. When Sheila confronted her bosses about the issue she was sacked the very next day and has now employed a lawyer to fight a case for unlawful dismissal. The investigation continues.

Woman in pursuit of the ‘perfect look’

Mon

Twenty-four-year-old Chloe Munnings is in pursuit of, what she envisages as, the ‘perfect look’ and has currently spend £27,000 trying to achieve this. Ever since Chloe lost over four stone she has been on a mission to change her appearance. After losing the weight she started receiving more attention from men which set off the chain of events leading to her surgeries.

Since the dramatic weight loss, Chloe has undergone an array of procedures, from breast augmentation to a rhinoplasty. She then had a further boob job to take her breasts from an already ample 34D, from the first surgery, to a whopping 34FF. She has also shelled out for Botox, lip filler, cheek fillers and a set of dental veneers, and apparently she is nowhere near done yet.

Chloe admits that she does enjoy getting cosmetic surgery because it gives her a real ‘buzz’ and she has gained an abundance of adoring fans on social media, the mirror has reported. She also spoke of her childhood and the bullying she endured over her weight, which left her feeling insecure, “Growing up, I was a bullied for being overweight and I felt ugly.” Chloe’s search for perfection continues.

Bride to be spent £15,000 on cosmetic surgery before she would wed

Tue

Penelope Burkitt, a make-up artist from Bristol, met the love of her life, Karl, at the clinic where she worked as a receptionist back in 2011. Karl had attended the clinic to undergo a hair transplant procedure and there was an instant attraction. After his treatment had finished Penelope added him on Facebook and invited him out on a date.

After dating for a year Karl asked Penelope to move in with him, however she said she would prefer to be married before they lived together, to which he agreed. This was when Penelope dropped the bombshell that she could not be married to him until she had undergone cosmetic surgery.

Speaking to the Bristol Post, Penelope admitted that she had always felt insecure and self-conscious about her face and has told her daughters in the past that, “they need to grow up and become successful because then you can buy mummy a facelift.” She went on to say that following her stipulations about the wedding, even though Karl was not happy about the surgery, a few days later he revealed that he would pay for the procedure. Penelope also has Botox every few months to keep her lines and wrinkles at bay. The couple are now happily married.

Some fans have attributed the difference in her face to the fact that she has recently dyed her hair platinum blonde, and think that the new hair colour may have changed the overall look of her face.

Teen spends £20,000 on cosmetic surgery to look like Beckham

Tue

Nottingham’s Jack Johnson has spent a whopping twenty thousand pounds on cosmetic surgery, in an attempt to look more like David Beckham. Jack appeared on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ to discuss the procedures he has had and his motivations for wanting the surgery. In his pursuit to look like his idol, Jack has had a number of cosmetic enhancements. These include, veneers for his teeth, fillers in his lips to plump out his pout, cheek fillers, an eye brow lift and Botox in his forehead. When asked why he wanted to look like Beckham, the teen replied, “I love his lifestyle, I love the way he looks. If I look like him I feel much better about myself inside.”

Viewers of the ITV show were decidedly unimpressed by the teens efforts, and a social media slating ensued. One person wrote, “Nobody has told this youth the truth. He needs a huge dose of reality. Quick. #thismorning.” Another viewer also commented that they could not watch the interview as it was too cringe worthy. Despite this, however, it seems that the issue that has caused the most uproar is that the teen is currently unemployed, with speculation growing that he used benefit money for the supposed transformation.

It was clear from the interview that Jack had pursued this surgery in an attempt to mask his insecurities, with some viewers crying out to the show to help him become truly happy on the inside, as well as with his physical appearance.
