British actress Kate Beckinsale has denied rumours that she has had any kind of facial enhancement, the 38-year-old spoke to Women’s Health magazine last week and claimed that she has had no ‘work done’ on her face or her teeth – despite her smile appearing suddenly flawless and blindingly white. The Underworld star went on to joke about plastic surgery, saying that her sceptics were ‘welcome to look for scars.’

After stepping out at the Golden Globes recently, looking suspiciously well-preserved, Kate maintains that she hasn’t turned to the needle for help keeping up appearances, ‘I haven’t even done Botox.’ She said, ‘Look, I can move my face. But according to popular opinion, I’ve had everything on my face replaced.’ The actress later laughed off one rumour that she had had her chin replaced, saying ‘I wouldn’t know the first place to get a chin.’

Although she claims to have had no cosmetic surgery, the British beauty doesn’t rule out a little nip and tuck in the future; ‘Maybe I’ll start getting everything replaced when I’m 50,’ she said, ‘start at the ankles and work up.’ Kate also commented that she might be able to get money off by using Groupon vouchers, joking that director husband Len Wiseman could get some work done at the same time.
