Botox treatments are commonplace for Vanessa Williams.

Ugly Betty star Vanessa Williams has admitted to having Botox treatments.

Star Pulse reported the actress has opened up about her family life and beauty regimen and she said she uses Botox lightly, in order to keep herself looking her best.

Ms Williams told the publication: “The latest thing I’m into is Botox, which I’ve been doing every six months. I do it lightly because I want to have an expressive face that has movement … My goal is to look like me.”

She added that she has been telling the rest of the cast about the benefits of the treatment and claimed: “I bring in my favourite products and love turning people on to new things”.

Elsewhere, former Atomic Kitten Kerry Katona has also said she uses Botox treatments to make herself look younger.

She told Now magazine that she uses the injections to target problem areas, such as her forehead where she feels she has developed a number of unsightly wrinkles over the years.
