Upcoming model Ali Lohan has been accused of receiving Botox injections at just 17 years old after she was spotted looking extremely different earlier this week.

The stunning brunette, who is the younger sister of troubled actress Lindsay, was sighted shopping with her mother Dina and appeared to have made changes to her face.

She appeared much thinner than in recent years and her lips appeared plumper, sparking rumours she had undergone a cosmetic procedure after signing to Next Model Management.

Lindsay hit back at the rumours on Twitter by refuting the claims her sibling had changed her appearance and stated that she was proud of her career.

However, Dr Robert Rey told E! Online that the starlet does appear to have lost some weight and could have undergone a rhinoplasty to improve her appearance.

Ali Lohan had a small role in 2008 feature Mostly Ghostly, which was created by the author of the Goosebumps series of horror books for children.
