Cost effective tooth replacement

Q. I already have 3 implants in the front top left, do to a bridge that failed. I have now had a root canal treatment on top right that appears to be failing. I have no teeth left on the bottom right. I am looking to have an implant placing and existing tooth removed, also the tooth next to this is missing. I would like to look into the most cost affective way of having a nice smile back and would like to arrange for a consultation.

A. If a root filled tooth has failed, it can usually have the following treatments:

1. Redoing of the toot canal treatments or apicectomy.

2. Extraction of the tooth +/- gap, denture, bridge, implant.

In your case, we need to see your teeth to see which option will work best but generally speaking an implant has a higher success rate than redoing root canal treatment or apicectomy for a tooth with a failed root canal.
