Ali: How may I help you today?

Visitor: hi my teeth at the front are very out of line

Visitor: the front 1 protrudes quite far out and the tooth to the side has grown behind it

Visitor: is their anything that can be done?

Visitor: i am very self conscious bout this

Ali: yes we can try to re-align your teeth for you as it seems they are overcrowded at the front

Visitor:  also my other front tooth is dead

Visitor: i am also petrified of dentists

Ali: we can offer you Invisalign as a possible treatment option, and if this is not suitable our dentist can discuss alternatives with you as well

Visitor: wot sort of prices is this?

Ali: i can re-assure our dentists are great with even the most nervous of patients and you will be well looked after

Ali: Invisalign ranges from £1450 – £3000 depending on the complexity and duration of your individual treatment

Visitor: i no that but im still terrified i havent visited the dentist for about 2 yrs

Ali: any other treatment would be discussed with you by the dentist depending on what other options he offers you

Ali: We can offer you a free consultation with him if you wish to come in and discuss your options

Visitor: what is invisalign and is it painful?

Ali: Invisalign is a type of brace which involves you wearing a set of aligners over a period of 6 to 18 months to move you teeth back in to position

Visitor: how big would this brace be?

Ali: any general dentistry work you need done in conjunction with invisalign can be done under sedation if you are very nervous

Visitor: i have a very small mouth

Visitor: ok

Ali: they are made to measure so does not matter how small your mouth is

Visitor: ok how long does this procedure take?

Ali: anything from 6 to 18 months

Ali: depends on your individual case, but the dentist can give you a better idea once he has seen you clinically

Visitor: i mean how long does it take to fit the brace

Ali: it takes about 4-5 weeks from your first visit before you start wearing the aligners

Visitor: are they permanent/fixed?

Ali: no they are removeable and you change them to new ones every 2 weeks

Ali: but they have to be worn at least 22 hours a day and you can take them out to eat and drink

Visitor: wud there be a problem with one of my front teeth being dead

Ali: this would need to be assessed and it may need to be crowned, but cannot say for sure at present

Visitor: ok thanx

Ali: most welcome, would you like to arrange a free consultation?

Visitor: its ok i will think about it but thankyou for your help

Ali: no problem
